Re-enrolling students may register at the parent's convenience any time between June 1st and August 1st.
In addition to the 2 registration forms, you may also need to turn in an updated immunization record
or a sport physical/consent form and a copy of your insurance card if your student is planning to play sports.
These forms and payment must be turned in by August 1st. Once you have turned in your paperwork
and fees you will receive an email stating that your registration is complete.
If you have not received an email within a week, please contact the Homeschool Coordinator to inquire.
All forms necessary for the year are listed and explained below.

Attendance/Grades:This form is for you to use during the year to keep track of the days you have conducted at least 4 hours of school.
The State requires a minimum of 180 days of school each year. These days can begin July 1st and must be completed by June 30th. It may be an article, convention, website, book, Podcast, etc that helped to better equip you as a teacher. This form will be due on June 30th, along with your Attendance/Grades form to complete your file for the year.
